eg-ice aims to advance knowledge on design, development, and implementation of intelligent human-computer systems to support engineering work. Typical research topics in this area include geometric modeling and simulation of technical systems, design support methods, diagnostic applications such as system identification, control of complex systems, decision support tools, information modeling and data fusion.

To accommodate this wide focus we solicitate papers from a wide range of topics. Papers should have a strong theoretical base, building on concepts from design theory, computer science, mathematics, or physics and should advance knowledge on engineering information and communication technology.
