The
UK Doctoral Training Centre in Energy and the Built Environment is the
national centre for postgraduate training to reduce CO2 emissions,
secure our energy supply, and provide healthier more affordable
buildings.
We seek an academic leader to manage the Centre who
has a science or engineering background, a keen interest in
multi-disciplinary research, a proven ability to initiate and expand
internationally excellent research, and a track record of academic
publishing in the area of energy and buildings. Excellent PhD student
supervision credentials and experience of course development, ideally
at the MSc/MRes level, are also important.
